AgenticShip is a senior-led technology company that maps business workflows and builds custom software, AI employees, integrations, and operational systems for established businesses.
What kinds of businesses do you work with?
We work with established businesses in the US and Israel facing manual work, disconnected systems, or limited operational visibility. We assess fit by the business need across industries. Pre-revenue ventures are not our current target audience.
Do you only build AI systems?
No. We build custom management systems, web and mobile applications, customer portals, payment and collection flows, integrations, dashboards, AI employees, and workflow automation. The technology follows the business problem.
Will we need to replace all of our current software?
Usually not. We first look for ways to connect, simplify, or extend the systems your team already uses. A full replacement is considered only when the current stack is genuinely blocking the operation.
How does an engagement begin?
We begin with a fit conversation. If we proceed, detailed discovery is a paid stage with scope and terms agreed in advance. We then define deliverables and milestones before development, testing, and launch.
How long does a project take?
Timing depends on the workflow, integrations, data, and rollout needs. We avoid promising a generic timeline before discovery and instead define milestones around a focused first release.
What happens after launch?
Maintenance and support for products we build can be arranged under a separate monthly retainer. Scope and commercial terms are agreed in advance.
How do you approach sensitive systems and data?
Access, permissions, data sensitivity, human oversight, and operational risk are addressed during solution definition. The controls should match the specific workflow rather than rely on a one-size-fits-all claim.
Do you take over software developed by another team?
Taking over, upgrading, or maintaining code developed by another team is outside our current service offering. We can assess integrations with existing services as part of a new project.
Can we start with one process?
Yes. A focused workflow is usually the best place to begin. It creates a clear test of value and gives the team a practical foundation before expanding into more systems or automations.
